Sensational Steak Sandwich

Things you’ll need:

  • 1 Thick slice artisan bread, toasted
  • 24g Spreadable BoMé Spiced Shepherd cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon oil
  • 6 oz beef tenderloin = 170 g
  • Coarse black pepper and salt to taste
  • 1 Teaspoon oil
  • 180g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1⁄2 Medium red onion, sliced


  1. Toast the Artisan bread.
  2. Spread BoMé Spiced Shepherd cheese on the bread and refrain from eating it.
  3. Heat oil in pan, fry beef tenderloin for 5 min. on each side for a medium steak.
  4. Add coarse black pepper and salt to taste and keep warm in the oven.
  5. Fry onions in steak juices until slightly brown, add cherry tomatoes, spice with salt and pepper.
  6. Place steak on bread, top with tomatoes and onions. Serve with fried potatoes or french fries, and salad.
